Both. MyCoaching and Coach Me are designed for an individual employee; Remote Group Training and The Lab help a group progress; Face-to-face adapts to your needs, for individuals or groups.

Do you offer training in languages other than English?
Yes. ECSplicite offers training in 5 languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian and French as a foreign language. All these courses lead to certification, with a recognised certificate awarded at the end of the programme: Leveltel Certifiant.
