How do you assess learners’ initial level?
Before proposing any training, we carry out a full audit to assess each participant’s level in comprehension and speaking, and also to understand their operational needs and the situations in which they struggle.
This allows our consultant to design a programme genuinely suited to their profile, goals and professional context.
What if my employee is no longer available for their session?
Don’t worry! ECSplicite offers the most flexible courses on the market. They can postpone, change or cancel their session up to 5 minutes before it starts from their computer or the mobile app. Our courses adapt to their schedule and constraints, so they never miss a session.
What if I’m afraid to speak?
That’s exactly our speciality. The environment is supportive: we celebrate progress, not mistakes. “Dare to speak, without fear of judgement” isn’t a slogan, it’s the foundation of our method.
Do we have a dedicated contact to monitor our teams’ training?
Yes. Supporting HR teams is at the heart of what we do.
Every company has a dedicated consultant, involved at every stage of the training project. You also have access to an HR monitoring platform available 7 days a week, with all the data you need to track your employees’ attendance, progress, achievements and satisfaction.
Every month, your consultant reviews these indicators with you and helps you put appropriate actions in place if needed.
Can training sessions take place during working hours?
Yes. Sessions can take place during or outside working hours, 7 days a week, from 6am to 11pm.
These extended hours fit around the busiest schedules as well as shift work, without placing any extra burden on employees.
Each employee manages their own schedule independently, without having to go through HR.
