With ECSplicite: contact an advisor
They analyse your needs, provide a tailored quote and programme, and support you through the funding process.
Funding
Company or employee, there are several funding schemes: choose your profile to go straight to the information that concerns you.
Part 1 · Companies and HR
Two funding schemes are available depending on your size and needs: funding through your OPCO and a voluntary top-up of your employees' CPF.
Your OPCO (skills operator) can cover all or part of the training in your skills development plan if your company has fewer than 50 employees. Amounts and criteria depend on your industry sector and change during the year.
Larger companies may have access to specific funding from their sector, such as the ESF, FNE, ecological transition schemes, etc. Get in touch with your OPCO advisor.
We work with all OPCOs and have negotiated preferential rates with our partners:

The process
They analyse your needs, provide a tailored quote and programme, and support you through the funding process.
They will tell you what funding is currently available for your company and which documents to provide.
Not sure which OPCO you belong to? It is determined by your collective agreement, whose IDCC code appears on payslips.
The process in 3 steps
You pay a top-up of at least €150 into your employee's CPF account and their mandatory contribution no longer applies.
On net-entreprises.fr. You only need to do this once.
The Employers and Funders Area (EDEF), “Dotations volontaires” (voluntary top-ups) section.
Fill in the following information: the beneficiary employee, the amount and the code of the target certification (for example RS7399 for LEVELTEL Certifiant English).
We create a personalised CPF catalogue for you, in your company's branding and ready to share internally. Our team supports you from start to finish: information and presentation sessions on the scheme, answers to questions, help getting started with the Mon Compte Formation platform and creating their digital identity, approval of their application and launch of their courses.

There are two schemes. For companies with fewer than 50 employees, your OPCO can fund all or part of the training in your skills development plan. Larger companies may have access to specific funding from their sector, such as the ESF, FNE, ecological transition schemes, etc. You can also co-fund your staff's CPF training by making a voluntary top-up to an employee's CPF account. ECSplicite supports you in each of these cases.
Your OPCO depends on your industry sector, in other words on your collective agreement. Its IDCC code appears on payslips. Your payroll department or accountant can also tell you.
