Qualiopi certified

Qualiopi is the quality certification mark for providers of skills development activities, introduced by the French law of 5 September 2018 “for the freedom to choose one’s professional future”. It is awarded following a series of audits carried out by an independent certification body accredited by COFRAC, on the basis of the National Quality Framework (Référentiel National Qualité, RNQ).

The quality certification was awarded for the following category of activity: TRAINING ACTIVITIES.

QUALIOPI certification attests to the quality of the training provided, based on the National Quality Framework, which comprises 7 criteria:

Criterion 1: How the public is informed about the services offered, access times and the results achieved.

Criterion 2: Precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and adaptation of these services to the target audiences when designing them.

Criterion 3: Adaptation of the services and of the reception, support, monitoring and assessment arrangements to the target audiences.

Criterion 4: Suitability of the teaching, technical and supervisory resources for the services delivered.

Criterion 5: Qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the staff responsible for delivering the services.

Criterion 6: The provider’s involvement and investment in its professional environment.

Criterion 7: Collection and consideration of feedback and complaints from stakeholders in the services delivered.

Qualiopi certification is the condition for accessing public and pooled vocational training funds. Our language courses can therefore be funded through:

• the CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation, the French personal training account), for individuals;
• OPCOs (Opérateurs de Compétences, French skills operators), under companies’ skills development plans;
• France Travail, the Regions and other public funders, depending on your situation.

In accordance with the National Quality Framework, we publish our performance indicators. Over the most recent period measured:

These indicators are updated periodically based on surveys of our trainees and clients.
