We are committed to preventing extortion, coercion and conflicts of interest. Each staff member must avoid any personal or financial interest that is incompatible with our collective interests. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed promptly and managed transparently and fairly.

ARTICLE 5 • APPROVAL PROCEDURE FOR SENSITIVE TRANSACTIONS

To prevent any risk of corruption, gifts and invitations received by our staff are regulated.

Gifts and invitations that our staff may receive from suppliers or partners must be of reasonable value, appropriate to the circumstances and in line with customary business practice (e.g. an end-of-year gift, a meal at the end of an assignment, etc.).

Gifts may be accepted if their value is below €150 including VAT per person, per year and per supplier or partner. Above this amount, accepting or offering gifts requires the prior authorisation of the staff member’s manager.
