Responsible training

Training people to speak with confidence since 1991 also means owning our social responsibility: reducing our footprint, opening our training to everyone, and acting ethically.

Our CSR policy

From the very beginning, ECSplicite has worked to protect its human and natural environment — long before CSR became a major issue.

This commitment has been recognised with an EcoVadis Gold award, placing us among the top 2% of companies rated for corporate social responsibility.

Our approach is built on three pillars: environmental sobriety, social inclusion and ethical governance. It is part of a continuous improvement process, measured and enhanced year after year.

Pillar 1 — Governance & commitments

  • United Nations Global Compact — voluntary member since 2014, committed to annual progress in 4 areas: human rights, working conditions, anti-corruption, respect for the environment.
  • Member of the Fédération des Acteurs de la Compétence, contributing to the sector’s work and debates.
  • EcoVadis Gold award — top 2% of companies assessed.
  • Empl'itude label (2022) — recognition of HR practices and social commitment.
  • Pillar 2 — Social

    Employment integration — JOB BOOST
    A programme led by our HR Manager and the team: mock interviews, coaching, CV writing support, talks in schools — to help people far from employment in the region.

    Fairness among trainers
    All trainers are paid on the same basis, whatever their country of residence. As a matter of principle, ECSplicite refuses to set up a call centre in a country that would force its trainers to work night sessions.

    Charity commitment — ongoing initiative

    In 2026, ECSplicite is supporting the association  Solidarité Femmes 13

    ECSplicite supports the association Solidarité Femmes 13 , which helps women and their children who are victims of domestic violence in the Bouches-du-Rhône area.

    Our commitment:
    - a financial donation ,
    - a solidarity collection redistributed directly to beneficiaries
    - a contribution to translating administrative documents into English and Spanish — to provide better support for foreign women.

    In 2026, ECSplicite continues its commitment alongside Les Minots de l’Hosto

    In 2026, ECSplicite continues its commitment to  the association Les Minots de l'Hosto, which works to improve educational support and daily life for children and teenagers hospitalised at the Hôpital de la Timone in Marseille.

    As part of this partnership, ECSplicite provides support through skills-based sponsorship: a trainer regularly gives English sessions to several young patients, helping them stay connected with learning during their hospital stay.

    The Timone children's hospital is home to a real school: 12 teachers support around a hundred pupils, who follow the French national curriculum and sit their exams on site.

    Our previous commitments...

    In 2025, ECSplicite supported the association Les Minots de l'Hosto

    The association Les Minots de l'Hosto works to improve educational support for hospitalised children and teenagers, notably through cultural projects such as the podcast “Les Minots au micro”, which gives young patients a voice.

    In 2025, ECSplicite supported the association with a financial donation and helped produce a podcast in English with the pupils, giving them a space to express themselves about their experience. For us, it is a way of encouraging expression, listening and connection beyond medical care.

    Pillar 3 — Environment

    Our courses are mostly delivered remotely. This teaching choice, at the heart of our model for years, is also an environmental one: it eliminates most of the travel for both learners and trainers, and therefore the associated carbon emissions.

    • Remote training: fewer journeys, fewer premises, less printing.
    • Paperless processes: learning materials, agreements, assessments and certificates in digital format.
    • Digital sobriety: we favour lightweight tools and host our data in Europe (see our privacy policy).
    • Everyday eco-friendly habits: recycling, fewer consumables, equipment maintained and kept for the long term, 100% green energy.

    Our commitments for the years ahead

    Our CSR approach is a journey, not a box to tick. We set ourselves concrete objectives:

    • keep a high share of remote training to limit our carbon footprint;
    • continue making the entire training journey fully paperless;
    • improve the accessibility of our courses for people with disabilities;
    • train our teams and raise their awareness of sobriety and inclusion issues;
    • publish and monitor our satisfaction and quality indicators.

    Any questions about our approach? Write to us — we would be delighted to discuss it.
